I'm so glad you are reading this post. Joining Norwex is one of the best decisions I have made in life, along with getting married and having kids of course. If you would like to know a little bit more about why I love this company, click here to check out My Story. I have put together the following commonly asked questions to help you decide.
Do I have to do parties?
No, but I would like to do an Introductory Party so you can let your friends and family know you have an account. Don't worry I do most of the work for this one, and hey why would you want to keep it a secret? We both know these products can save them time, money, their health and the environment. Your introductory party can be either online or in home if you are local.
How can I share Norwex?
There are so many ways you can share Norwex.
Online parties (Facebook Groups or Events, Express Messenger Parties, Zoom etc)
In home demos or casual gatherings at the park
One-on-one consultations or healthy home appointments
Market stalls
Handing out catalogues to family and friends
Sharing your website
There are possibly others that I haven't thought of, that's just off the top of my head!
How flexible is this opportunity?
This is a very flexible and understanding company to be a part of. There is no pressure for you to reach sales targets. I want to help YOU achieve YOUR goals. I'm certainly not a pushy person. You let me know how YOU want to run your account and I'll help you with that.
Is there a minimum amount I need to sell to keep my account open?
An Active Consultant is a Consultant who maintains retail value sales of $275 (inc GST) or more within a rolling three month calendar cycle. You will need $275 (inc GST) or more in a rolling 6 months to keep your account open. If not it will go dormant and after another 6 months of no orders the account will close.

This does not need to be placed in 1 order, however if you place lots of small orders, you will need to keep 'topping' up your account regularly. Whereas, if you place one order for $275, then that will last three or six months before you need to place another $275 order. But the $275 order is retail value and will only cost you approx $196 (below is an example order). I hope this makes sense. FYI $275 retail product = 250 Sub A

How much can I earn?
32% income from all sales. Plus loads of other incentives, free products and more potential income if your interested in building a team. Plus there are always holidays and trips you can work towards as well.
Can I sign up as a "Home Shopper"?
Yes! I have a number of people on my team who just shop for themselves. Consider what consumables you currently buy from the supermarket and see if you can get them through your account with your discount. For example laundry powder, dishwasher powder, skin care and body products.
Depending on how many Norwex consumables you use, you might find it easier to keep your account active if you also order for perhaps your neighbour or your mum or sister. It doesn't matter if you work your account as a business, hobby or just shop for yourself the $275 retail value minimum sales requirements over a 3-6 month period is the same to keep your account going so you can continue to receive the 32% discount.
What training and support is available?
The Resource has loads of great resources and is currently being revamped (so will be lots better soon). There are also lots of team and home office run facebook groups. Plus I'm only a message or phone call away to help point you in the right direction.
Do I get my own public website?
YES! You will receive 6 months free subscription to Office Suite when you sign up. After 6 months you will have the option to continue your subscription at $10.95 per month. You can later on login and and choose to opt out if you wish (but I recommend keeping it - if your account is active you might just get some random web orders from complete strangers!)
Do Norwex consultants have to pay for host gifts?
No, we don't! This is covered by our generous Home Office.
Can I self host?
Yes you can be the host and the consultant. Which means you get the host rewards plus the 32% commission from your party sales.
How much does it cost to get started?
We currently have three different joining options. I'd love to chat with you on the phone so I can help you decide which kit would best suit you and answer any questions you might have.

What's the Upgrade Kit?
The Upgrade kit is only available at time of sign up and with an AWESOME 40% OFF its a great reason to test out our personal care products. This upgrade kit is totally optional, but please note you can't add it on later on. It's a once off offer. The best bit is it gives you over 500 sub A straight away - which give you a head start and automatically ticks off the first level of your "Pathway to More" rewards.

What can earn in my first 90 days?
You can easily earn all of these goodies. These are automatically shipped to you when you hit the target.

What other consultant incentives are there?
At midday on 1st of every month your Sub A resets to 0 and you have the ability to earn monthly consultant rewards. These can vary month to month.
I had a Norwex account previously can join again?
After 12 month of no activity on your account it would have closed. If your account has CLOSED then YES you are welcome to resign and can join under any consultant you choose. Please note if your account is only "Dormant" then you will need to reactivate that account by paying the $20 reactivation fee.
How do I sign up?
I would prefer to chat with you on the phone or in person when you are ready to sign up. But if you prefer you can DIY and sign up yourself via my website. If you decide to DIY I do strongly suggest you say YES to the free office suite trial. Just the standard Office Suite is fine, no need to worry about Office Suite PLUS, I don't even use that.
So I have signed up... what's next?
You will receive an email with your Consultant Number and Password. Log in and have a play, then give me a call so I can talk you through some things.
There is loads of videos and training on "The Resource" for you to watch and read, but please know I'm also here to help you find your feet and point you in the right direction.
I'll set up a Group on Facebook for you and run your first party for you. This group can then be turned into your VIP Group.
Please be sure to annoy me lots and ask heaps of questions. I tend to "teach as we go". I'd rather hear from you lots than not at all.
What if I would like to build my own team?
Why not invite a friend or three to share your Norwex journey with you. I can help you and your friends as you grow your business together. It's always fun to have a friend to share your excitement with. You can earn some pretty awesome merchandise items when you introduce new team members in your first 90 days.

I hope I haven't overwhelmed you with too much information. I know some people like all the detail up front (that's me) and others just want bits and pieces as they go. If you are the latter, please let me know and I can keep it simple and give tiny bits of info at a time.
