How to Order & Postage

Please Note: You don't need to attend a party to place an order. You can order from Penny at any time, with or without a party :) We can even direct ship orders and attach them to party that isn't until a month or three down the track ;)

ORDERING OPTION ONE: VIP CHECKOUT

• Penny can chat with you before the order is placed to ensure you are getting the best value for money and have selected the products best suited to your needs.

POSTAGE

Our warehouse is located in NSW. Shipping is generally pretty speedy with items leaving the warehouse within a couple of days. Then it's in the hands of the courier or Australia Post. Generally if you select "Authority to Leave" it will go via courier and if you select "Signature Required" it will go via Australia Post. YES we can deliver to PO Boxes :)

If you are local to me or the host of your party is local to you, then shipping is just $4 per guest (providing the host is happy to sort, pack and distribute guest orders). Please note orders shipped to host won't be submitted until party is closed off (if you are after a limited edition sale item, if might be best to place a direct ship order to avoid disappointment if the item sells out before the party is submitted).

Many people choose to have their order shipped directly to them. Costs are as follows.

Please note, I need to enter your order in from my end if you wish to go with the $4 option (please complete the google order form).

If you are happy with direct shipping and prefer to DIY then you are welcome to order via my website or the Norwex customer shopping App (Available on Apple and Android). If using the app, please be sure to select PENNY CLAPHAM as your consultant.
