Norwex'd the car yesterday arvo.
š No hose, no bucket of water.
ā»ļø Green Car Wash Mitt to wash
ā»ļø Grey Car Cloth to dry
ā»ļø Blue Kitchen Scrub Cloth to get the bugs off
š§ Spotlight bugs cleaned off by a 7 yr old!
It's not perfect, probably does need a full wash with hose to get mud off underneath, but Its winter (too cold for that) and I'm really happy with the results. I only rinsed the green car wash mitt three times! How great is that considering there was a LOT of mud on all sides!!
If you are after something a little bit scrubby to get those bugs off, you have a few options to choose from:
Kitchen Scrub Cloth (discontinued but still available while stocks last)
EnviroScrubs (EnviroCloth one side and Kitchen Scrub Cloth the other side)
Netted Dish Cloth (I've actually heard people use old onion bags too)
I personally haven't had any issue with these products scratching the paint. But please always test in an inconspicuous spot first.
There are a few other car products that I haven't used in the above testimonial. The Dry and Buff Car Cloth was released later on. The 3-in-1 Car Mitt is pretty cool too, check out this video to see it in action. The Car Wash Mitt now comes in pretty marine blue colour :)
